The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY, through the Income Fund intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION PESOS (Php 7,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Two (2) Units Coaster (30 Seater) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY now invites bids for two coaster with specifications of Overall- LxWxH= 6990x2035x2600, wheel base- 3935, engine type- 4cylinder in line, 16valve OHV, gear drive diesel, engine displacement= 4009cc, maximum output- 134HP/3000rpm, maximum torque 353Nm/1600rpm and 5-speed manual Transmission. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
