The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS ( Php 11,368,900.00 Grand Total for the following: Lot A – P2,517,350.00, Lot B –P1,902,100.00 , Lot C-P1,288,000.00, Lot D-P810,750.00, Lot E-P2,225,250.00, Lot F-P1,245,450.00, Lot G-P1,380,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PMMA Cadets Uniforms and Paraphernalia. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY now invites bids for Cadets Uniforms and Paraphernalia. Delivery of the Works is required from July 8 until September 15 , 2016. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/ fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Submission of finished samples/items will be on May 12, 2016, 11:00 A.M. only at the BAC Office, Admin. Bldg. PMMA Complex.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on the Opening of Bids on May 17, 2016 ,10:00 A.M. at the Admin Conference Room , PMMA Complex, San Narciso, Zambales. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bid shall not be accepted.
