Interested suppliers are required to submit their valid and current Mayor’s Permit, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Omnibus Sworn Statement with Authority of Signatory, upon submission of quotation. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation, which complies with the minimum description as stated in Annex “A” and other terms and conditions stated in the price quotation form.

The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY, through the General Fund (Fund 101) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ( Php 2,860,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of VIRTUAL REALITY SIMULATOR SOFTWARE FOR COLLEGE OF MARINE ENGINEERING (CME) AND FOR COLLEGE OF MARINE TRANSPORTATION (CMT) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY now invites bids for the Procurement of VIRTUAL REALITY SIMULATOR SOFTWARE FOR COLLEGE OF MARINE ENGINEERING (CME) AND FOR COLLEGE OF MARINE TRANSPORTATION (CMT). The completion of works/delivery of the goods required 90 days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/ fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
