The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY, through the Fund 101 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR PESOS ( Php 2,709,434.00 ) for Grocery Items being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PMMA MESS FOODSTUFF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY now invites bids for Mess Foodstuff. Delivery of Food Supplies is required from December 01 , 2015 until April 30, 2016 ( 5 months contract).

Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/ fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Advertisement Placement, b. Booth Fabrication and PMMA standee 17 sets (one set for each cinema/mall),c. On Ground Activation on 17 Cinemas, 4 days each (2 weekends).And inclusions of the following: 1. TVC Material productions, remastering, editing and color grading, 2.Digital Conversion of cinema material,3.Booth set-up/ activation, flyering (17 cinemas, 4 days each or 2 weekends per cinema), 4.Design, Layout, fabrication and build up of PMMA display booth.
