The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY, through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P 2M) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair of Medical Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

 

The PMMA now invites bids for the Repair of Medical Bldg. (SOW: Demolition/removal of existing structures, Carpentry Works, Masonry Works, Painting Works, Tile Works, Plumbing Works, Electrical Works, Fire Alarm System, Windows & Door Glass/Alum., Tinsmithry Works) The completion of works required 180 calendar days. Bidder should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/ fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
