The Philippine Merchant Marine Academy through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “ACQUISITION OF AIR CONDITIONERS FOR ITS AND OAS-ATRE USE” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9184 and DBM Circular Letter no. 2018-8.
