Acquisition of OFFICE EQUIPMENT (DIGITAL DUPLICATOR AND FRICTION FEED VERTICAL COLLATOR)

The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY, through the Fund 101 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos  (Php 1,000,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OFFICE EQUIPMENT( Digital Duplicator and Friction Feed Vertical Collator). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY now invites bids for Office Equipment. Delivery Period requires Thirty days (30 calendar days) upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/ fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am-5:00pm.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents (per lot basis as per GPPB Guidelines on sale of bidding documents)                        

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and at www.pmma.edu.ph , provided that the bidders shall pay the fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on March 11, 2020, 11:00 A.M. at the Admin Conference Room, PMMA Complex San Narciso, Zambales which shall be open to all interested parties.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on the Opening of Bids on March 23, 2020, 11:00 A.M. at the Admin Conference Room, PMMA Complex, San Narciso, Zambales. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bid shall not be accepted.

The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
