Announcement from the PMMA Admissions Office

To all successful passers of the 2019 PMMA Entrance Examination qualified for the PSYCHOLOGICAL SCREENING, please read the schedules and understand the guidelines as indicated.

NOTE:

1. The results of the PMMA Neuro-Psychological Examination shall be announced on the same day of the applicant’s preferred Neuro-Psychological examination schedule. Hence, those who will successfully pass the Neuro-Psychological Examination are hereby advised to report the following day for their PRE-MEDICAL and LABORATORY EXAMINATION.
2. Those who will successfully pass the Neuro-Psychological Examination are required to submit a photocopy of their respective grades on the day

• • Grade 12 Examinee- must present his/ her Grade 11 report card
  • Senior High School Graduate- must present his/ her Grade 12 report card
  • College Level- must present his/ her latest transcript of records (TOR)
  • College Graduate- must present his/ her official transcript of records (TOR)

For those who cannot attend their scheduled Neuro-Psychological Examination in Iloilo and Davao City. They may opt to take the  Neuro-Psychological Examination in Manila provided that they register at their assigned  Neuro provider in Iloilo and Davao City.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE THE EXAMINATION

1. Online registration will open on February 14, 2020. Applicants need to register online to secure a schedule. Onsite verification of attendance will open at 6:00 AM.
2. Visit the PSYCH SYSTEM AND INNOVATION, INC website and INTELLIMETER INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES INC for online registration.
3. Registration Fee for Neuro Exam Php 1, 100.00

WHAT TO BRING ON EXAMINATION DAY

1. Original and photocopy of Confirmation form with the Payment Slip and one (1) valid I.D. (school ID or any government-issued I.D) should be presented on the day of the test. (No registration form, no examination); and
2. Two (2) pencils and erasers (Not sign pen)

REMINDERS

1. 1. Applicants must wear a PLAIN WHITE T-SHIRT with or w/out collar (Sleeveless Shirt, Short pants, ripped jeans and slippers are not allowed).
   2. Strictly, there will be NO changing of schedule.
   3. Strictly, follow the assigned Neuro Psychological Service Provider.
   4. Applicants are REQUIRED to attend a briefing regarding cadets’ life in PMMA to be conducted by the Chairman, Admissions Office after the test.
   5. No latecomers are allowed to take the test. All applicant examinees should be in the testing room at 7:00 am
   6. Psychological Evaluation shall be taken in one (1) day only.
   7. NO confirmation, NO examination.
   8. Eat heavy breakfast. Drinking and eating inside the testing room are strictly prohibited.
   9. Mobile phones and electrical gadgets should be turned off while inside the testing room
   10. Parents are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the testing room.
   11. Applicants are only allowed to take the examination ONCE.
   12. Violation of these policies will be a ground for the applicant’s disqualification.
   13. Applicants have to pass Neuro-Psychological Evaluation, get the APPLICANT’S ROUTING SLIP to proceed for the PRE-MEDICAL (HEIGHT, WEIGHT, ISIHARA, SNELLENS, DENTAL EXAMINATION) before he/she can proceed with the LABORATORY EXAMINATIONS.
   14. Payment can be made through bank deposit in any of the banks listed below. Deposit slip must also be presented on the day of the examination.
