Announcement from the PMMA Admissions Office: September 22, 2020

1. Deadline of Submission of Application form thru mail will be on September 30, 2020.
   • All applicants shall ensure to submit a fully and correctly accomplished application forms together with the complete requirements. Application forms with incomplete requirements will not be processed.
   • Requirements:
     • Application Form – http://pmma.edu.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Application_Form.pdf
     • 1 Copy of recent 2×2 colored pictures with name tag, front view, white background (attached to the application form)
     • Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by PSA
     • Applicants who are currently Grade 12:
       • Certification from School Principal that applicant is currently enrolled as Grade 12
       • Photocopy of Grade 11 Report Card
     • Applicants who are Grade 12 Graduate and 1st year college
       • Photocopy of Senior High School Diploma
       • Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card
     • Applicants who are currently enrolled in College
       • Photocopy of Registration Form
       • Certified True Copy of Grade
     • Applicants who are College Graduate
       • • Photocopy of College Diploma
         • Photocopy of Transcript of Records

2. Continuation of Application via Online will be posted on our Website http://pmma.edu.ph/ and Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/PMMAOFFICIAL/. (Deadline of Application to be Announced)
3. PMMA Annual Entrance Examination will be conducted online on October 31, 2020 (Tentative Schedule).

2. No walk-in applicants to be entertained
