Donning of Ranks and Oath taking of Commo Abutal as PCGA

With the vow to dedicate his best effort to carry out its mission of promoting safety of life and property at sea, protecting the marine environment, conducting search and rescue operations, and assisting in youth development, Commodore Joel Y Abutal officially took his oath as member of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary today, 26 November 2020. He was appointed as an Auxiliary Commodore of the PCGA Executive Squadron. PCG Commandant Admiral George Ursabia Jr. officiated the donning of rank and oath taking of Commo Abutal and CHED Commissioner Dr. Ronald Adamat.
