Position: Office Secretary
Place of Assignment: Safety Unit
Status of Employment: Service Contract
Qualification Standards:
  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Civil Service Eligibility is an advantage, but not required
Preferred Competencies:
  • Good communication skills both in oral and written
  • Computer literate
  • Dynamic, proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Maintain records of all transactions handled by the Safety Unit.
  • Assists the Safety Officer in the conduct of Monitoring and Inspection in all areas of the Academy.
  • Assists the Safety Officer with all the documents needed to comply.
  • Ensure proper and effective filing system at the Safety Unit.
  • Act as inventory personnel as may direct.
  • Act as Liaison Officer of the Safety Unit Office.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor/s.
