Position: Office Secretary
Place of Assignment: Safety Unit
Status of Employment: Service Contract
Qualification Standards:
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Civil Service Eligibility is an advantage, but not required
Preferred Competencies:
- Good communication skills both in oral and written
- Computer literate
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain records of all transactions handled by the Safety Unit.
- Assists the Safety Officer in the conduct of Monitoring and Inspection in all areas of the Academy.
- Assists the Safety Officer with all the documents needed to comply.
- Ensure proper and effective filing system at the Safety Unit.
- Act as inventory personnel as may direct.
- Act as Liaison Officer of the Safety Unit Office.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor/s.
