DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Functions as Alternate PBB Focal Person, monitoring institutional targets and reminding concerned units/departments for deadlines and accomplishments
- Prepares and updates the following:
- Quarterly Superintendent Report being submitted to the Board of Secretary
- Quarterly Budget Accountability Report (BAR 1) for consolidation with other Budget documents and for submission to the DBM
- PBB reports attachment documents for submission to IATF and CHED
- Budgetary Documents for the Budget Preparation of Capital Outlay Projects
- Agency Performance Report
- Updates the online Unified Reporting System reports such as BAR and BED (Budget Execution Document) quarterly or annually, or as necessary
- Crafts Agency Institutional Targets, Audit Findings Corrective and preventive actions
- Assists in the formulation and administration of the Academy’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Plan
- Coordinates with the Project Development Team regarding the submitted projects in accordance with the Budget Preparation
- Complies with the statutory requirements of various government agencies DOTr,
DBM, CHED, NEDA and COA in connection with PMMA development and sustainable goals
- Monitors the submission of the OPCR and assists the Planning Officer in ensuring that the targets set are aligned with the Agency’s institutional targets.
- Drafts memoranda, justifications and other communications for review of the Planning Officer and approved by appropriate officers of the Academy
- Perform other tasks/ functions as directed by the Planning Director;

- Function as the PBB Contact Person/ Spokesperson
- Creates analyzed data, statistics, and performance reports as inputs to the Academy’s strategic plan.
- Presents the consolidated report to the planning circle during the Strategic Planning session.
- Assists with the preparation and implementation of Academy budgets and makes procedural and operational recommendations to the Superintendent through work plans
- Coordinates various offices regarding the statutory requirements of government agencies and status reports such as:
- Supporting documents for the Performance indicators
- Documents for posting in the Transparency Seal
- Documents needed for the justifications
- Review, evaluate and consolidates the following:
- Plans Programs and Activities
- OPCR Accomplishment and Targets
- Office Quarterly Report
- Prepares status report regarding the result and consolidated data of the following:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with various offices for the preparation of the following presentations:
- Position papers, Concept papers, statistics, data and information as may be needed during project and budget deliberations, hearings and plenary discussion in Congress
- Short, medium and long-term plans for the Academy in consideration of the statutory requirements and provisions of various government agencies
- Research, Feasibility and market study for every Proposed Projects
- Project preparations (infrastructure and non-infrastructure)
- Information graphics for the project
- Monitoring of Project Reports
- Assists in the planning, monitoring and implementation of projects
- Install, configure and provide instructions on the basics of using common office software tools in coordination with the ITS Unit
- Crafts Planning and development forms for the improvement of Planning and Development Processes
- Updates the Project Development Quality Procedure Manual;
- Responsible in the internal statutory requirements from various offices;
- Collects and assembles type styles and images, such illustrations, photographs and drawings to deliver ideas and information through visual communications;
- Perform basic and routine system maintenance such as backup, system start-up, etc
- Responsible in the following NEDA online system;
- Encoding of proposed projects in NEDA PIPOL system
- Monitoring of Projects in the Electronic Project Monitoring and Evaluation System
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
