DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assisting with the implementation of office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  2. Providing administrative support to staff members, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling inquiries.
  3. Overseeing office space organization and workspace allocation, ensuring optimal use of facilities.
  4. Managing the building maintenance and repairs, liaising with maintenance staff and contractor as needed.
  5. Assist in Conducting inspections of buildings, offices and other facilities of the Academy.
  6. Consolidates the result of inspections and sorting out all findings and recommends resolutions to General Services Unit Head.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Services Unit Head.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

EDUCATION: Completion of two (2) years in college

WORK EXPERIENCE: None required

TRAINING: None required

ELIGIBILITY: Career service (Sub-professional) / First Level Eligibility

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assists in receiving daily payments from internal and external clients and issuance of Official receipts;
  2. Assists in sorting and stamping paid vouchers to be attached to the Report of Checks Issued and Cancelled and Report of Advice to Debit Account;
  3. In charge for all incoming and outgoing documents;
  4. Compiles circulars, orders, memoranda and other documents for future reference;
  5. Manages all documents and records, data entry to DTS and Planned Maintenance System;
  6. Updates inventory of office equipment, furniture and supplies to monitor unserviceable ones subject for disposal and replacement/replenishment;
  7. Performs administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
