3. Conducts orientation to the probationary midshipmen/women during orientation period.
4. Re-orients the 3Cl and 1Cl midshipmen/women about the different guidance services.
5. Conducts/organizes seminar, workshop related to the different aspects of development of the Corps of Midshipmen/women.
6. Administers neuro-psychiatric tests to 3Cl and 1CL midshipmen/women and turn-backs.
7. Accommodates parents, guardians and midshipmen/women who have concerns related to the unit.
8. Prepares and submits reports to the immediate superior.

2. Assists the Guidance Coordinator in conducting counseling sessions. (Individual and Group).
3. Prepares Certificates of Good Moral Character upon request of midshipmen/women.
4. Sends communications to parents of midshipmen/women (telephone, mail) regarding the status of their son/daughter.
5. Coordinates spiritual activities.
6. Assists in the handling of testing activities. (I.Q. and Psychological tests)
7. Assists in the preparation and coordinates seminars and other related activities for the midshipmen/women.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In-charge of Graduate School students scholastic records/documents and grades.
1.1 Accepts/Receives official Muster Lists of Enrolment; transfer credentials/admission requirements of prospective students and grading sheets for proper turn-over to the Academy Registrar Office.
1.2 Evaluation/Accreditation; screens entrance credentials and other pertinent Academic documents of students and sees to it that all registration requisites are fulfilled.
1.3 Monitors Grading Sheets submitted by Graduate School Dean or Asst. Dean.
1.4 Records and updates grades of students.
1.5 Analyze and evaluate computation of grades to determine scholastic standing of graduating students and for the Academic Award Selection.
1.6 Evaluate/Monitors subjects enrolled by student and ensure that its properly checked with respective Curriculum.
1.7 Prepares entries in “Checklist of Subjects & Grades” used as basis for Academic Clearance.
1.8 Secures/sorts students records (201 files) for permanent safekeeping.
1.9 Process/Receives application for ‘Official Transcript of Records/Diploma/Certifications and/or authentications.
2. Assist the Chief Registrar in:
2.1 Supervising and managing the operation and activities/performance of the staff as well as the security of permanent records/grades and allied Academic Documents.
2.2 Coordinates with the College/G.S. Deans/coordinators regarding Curriculum/Grading Sheets and other scholastic matters.
2.3 Issuance/Release of Official Transcript of Records to graduates and undergraduates; diplomas and certifications.
2.4 Evaluates/Accredits scholastic documents of BSMT/BSMarE students required for admission/enrolment/graduation purposes.
2.5 Review recording/computation of final grades of BSMT/BSMarE students and Class Standing Lists to determine their ranking by course.
3. Prepare ‘Plans and Programs for Training and Development’ of the Registrar personnel; Accomplishment Reports; and, revisions of office forms.

3.5 Prepare Official Transcript of Records (OTR) of Alumni, undergraduates, terminated students, and / or drop-outs.
