DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise staff engaged in personnel functions.
- Review for correctness in the preparation of actions on appointments, leaves, transfers, resignations, reinstatements, insurance, or retirement claims, salary deductions, position classification and other personnel actions.
- Review and check the correctness of payroll and vouchers for payment of salaries, wages, overtime services, and other services.
- Give work assignment and instructions.
- Coordinate and review work for conformance to established policies and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for developing and leading strategic procurement activities;
- Manage the sourcing of equipment, good, services, handling vendors, and finding the most cost-effective deals and suppliers;
- Responsible for ensuring consistency in procurement practices and legal compliance in accordance with the Procurement Law;
- Ensure that the Quality Operations Manual of the office are duly updated and in compliance with the existing government laws, rules and regulations;
- Monitor procurement activities and milestones for proper reporting to relevant agencies when required; and
Plan for the trainings/workshops/seminars and team building activities for the members of the BAC, TWG and procurement personnel to equip them with the appropriate information and tools to professionally provide recommendations.
