VACANT POSITION (ITSU OFFICE CLERK)

Position: Office Secretary 

Place of Assignment: Information Technology Services Unit 

Status of Employment: Service Contract 

Qualification Standards: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job 
  2. Preferably with experience as office secretary/clerical works 
  3. Preferably with training in clerical works 
  4. Preferably with Eligibility 
  5. Proficiency in various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and office productivity tools. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

  1. Maintains records of all transactions, activities, reports, and the like of ITSU. 
  2. Prepares internal and external correspondence, and minutes of the meeting of ITSU. 
  3. Assigned in the documentation of the pertinent papers and documents in relation to the implementation of LMS and Smart Campus. 

4. Performs other functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor/s.
