PMMA CADETS’ UNIFORMS AND PARAPHERNALIA S.Y. 2020-2021
The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY, through the Trust Fund (Uniform Account) intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY TWO PESOS AND 40/100 ( Php 10,116,842.40, Grand Total for the following: Lot A – P594,000.00, Lot B – P1,866,821.00 , Lot C – P1,518,250.00, Lot D – P2,343,870.00, Lot E -P1,635,480.00, Lot F – P1,102,421.40, Lot G – P1,056,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PMMA Cadets Uniforms and Paraphernalia. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY now invites bids for Cadets Uniforms and Paraphernalia. Delivery of Works is 45 days after measurement. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/ fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am-5:00pm.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents ( per lot basis and based on GPPB Guidelines on sale of bidding documents)
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) or at www.pmma.edu.ph , provided that the bidders shall pay the fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids at PMMA Cashier’s Office or thru PMMA LandBank Account(PMMA MISCELLANEOUS ACCOUNT 0382-1033-86)
The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on August 24, 2020, 2:00 P.M at the Admin Conference Room, PMMA Complex, San Narciso, Zambales which shall be open to all interested parties . This Pre-Bid Conference will be available also thru ZOOM with Meeting ID: 750 6752 5314 and 763 5441 4617 Passcode: pmmabac.
Submission of required finish samples will depend on the agreement of bidders and BAC during the Pre-Bid Conference.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on the Opening of Bids on September 7, 2020, 2:00 P.M. at the Admin Conference Room , PMMA Complex, San Narciso, Zambales. Opening of Bid Conference will be available also via ZOOM with Meeting ID:750 6074 7681_and 717 0132 0531 Passcode:pmmabac.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bids will be open in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bid shall not be accepted.
The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
