The Philippine Merchant Marine Academy through its Bids and AwardsCommittee ( BAC) will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “PURCHASE OF TRASH BIN FOR DORMITORY” in accordance with Section53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9184and DBM Circular Letter no. 2018-8.
