The Philippine Merchant Marine Academy through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE ONLINE REGISTRATION, APPLICATION AND EXAMINATION SYSTEM” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9184 and DBM Circular Letter no. 2018-8.
