TRAINING PROGRAM FOR INSTRUCTOR AND ASSESSOR CONDUCTING SIMULATOR-BASED TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT (IMO MODEL COURSE 6.10)

This training program conforms to the requirements of Regulation I/6 of the STCW ’95 and mandatory as required by the Maritime Industry Authority. The training program will provide participants the necessary knowledge and skills in the instructional technique-using simulator. It is intended for all instructors and assessors, nautical and engineering alike, who use simulators as tools for effective teaching. The mediums of delivery are lectures, workshops, role-playing and simulation.
