PROFICIENCY IN HANDLING A FREE-FALL LIFEBOAT

This two (2) days training course provides training for candidates to launch and take charge of a free-fall lifeboat in emergency situations, in accordance with Section A-VI/2 of the STCW 1995. For admission to this course, seafarers must be certified by a doctor to be in good health, and must also have completed the four basic course covering the familiarization and basic safety training and instruction in accordance with Regulation VI/1 of STCW 1995. Practical drills and evaluations will be carried out by a competent and well experience faculty on board our own laboratory ship with its complete equipments and facilities.
