DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  1. Administers e-Budget System of the Academy (daily preparations of ORS for all incoming vouchers, payrolls and purchase orders for obligation chargeable to Fund 101).                    
  2. Prepares Budget Request and Status (BURS) covering obligation chargeable to Fund 164.              
  3. Coordinates with various department/units regarding Disbursement vouchers, Purchase orders for obligations and for the submission of the necessary data/reports required by DBM ROIII and other government agencies.             
  4. Breakdown of replenishment according to program, activities, projects and chart of accounts.                    
  5. Maintain and updates Registry of Allotment, Obligations and Disbursement of Fund 101 and Fund 164 to ensure proper monitoring (PS, MOOE and CO)   
  6. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

  2. Records all outgoing documents, reports and communications and forwarded to concern departments or units.             
  3. Answered incoming calls and queries regarding to their request/ vouchers.           
  4. Filing and keeping of the Budget documents for future reference and guidance     
  5. In charge in the Disposal of Records and Documents.      
  6. Monitored the Document Tracking System (DTS) of the Budget Unit.      

Perform other related works that maybe assigned from time to time.
