Application Procedure

The application process is both thorough and challenging, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates are selected.

The journey begins with applying and passing the Entrance Examination, where candidates demonstrate their academic potential. Next is the Neuro-psychological Evaluation, assessing cognitive and psychological readiness for the demands of maritime training.

Successful candidates then proceed to the Medical and Dental Screening, confirming their physical fitness for the rigorous demands of the academy and future maritime duties.

Those who clear these stages are invited to a One-Month Orientation and Training. This period familiarizes them with the academy’s environment and essential skills before they officially enroll as 4th class cadets, marking the start of their first year at PMMA.

This meticulous process reflects PMMA’s commitment to excellence, ensuring that only the best are prepared to lead in the maritime industry.
